★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has no parking spots, it's located right next to a car repair shop which takes up all the parking spots so there's no where safe to park. I was not satisfied with my dog cut for it was too uneven. On top of that it's far if you don't live in the area.

I left my cat with them for 10 days and found out he was injured once I took him home. He could barely walk and at first I thought it was some kind of infection but I realized that he couldn't move his leg because of an injury that he got during his stay here.
When I arrived, the staff mentioned that my cat has not touched his food that day and did not mention any incident. I thought my cat might have been sick but I only found out once home that he was just traumatized and I found several scars from an injury and blood stains.
I don’t understand why this would happen considering they said that there is a supervisor when the cats are out but it’s quite clear that my cat and another cat had an altercation.
1 star for not alerting me and disclosing that my cat was injured. If they were not aware of this, then this is also bad.
I don’t recommend and will never trust this business with my pets.
