By far the best dentist in the valley. Very convenient to be open on the weekend. I had an emergency with my teeth and I called and got in to see Dr.Thaci immediately. Highly recommended!

Couldn't breathe during cleaning I have severe Asthma and Anxiety, was in pain the whole time. Please let people breath longer then a second.

I hardly ever do a review for anything but I feel this is necessary. Absolutely do not go to this dentist! I originally made an emergency appointment because I had a bad tooth ache I was told it must be my jaw and I need a teeth cleaning but he couldn’t do it that day and I need to come back for the cleaning. So I paid the fee and made the second appointment, at this point I figured I would make an appointment for my husband as well because he hasn’t been to a dentist in years. So we arrive for my second appointment (my husbands first) still did not get the cleaning because I was told it was a new patient exam… I was very confused at this point. So we both had a “new patient exam” and were told to make another appointment. Still no cleaning and my husband needed multiple fillings and a cleaning. We were already into this for 3 fees plus out 4 days of work between us…. So we made another appointment (big mistake) prior to our third appointment my husband had to call and basically beg them to do one filling because he would only do one thing per appointment. So we arrive for our third appointment we had booked back to back. I’m no stranger to dentists but this was the most painful experience I have ever had and my husband said the same, he actually had to take the next day off of work because he was in too much pain. So he got 1 filling when he needed multiple, I got what this dentist called a teeth cleaning. We were both out of there in under 30mins… my gums were bleeding and bruised the next day all he did was scrape my teeth (extremely hard if I may add) no polishing or anything “not sure what it’s actually called” this was the worst and most painful experience we have ever had at a dentist. So in total we are out 7 days of work and nearly $1000 for a “teeth cleaning “ and 1 filling. There were other questionable things I could add to this but I’ll just leave it at DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! We have made an appointment with our old dentist over 2 hours away to ensure my teeth are not damaged and my husbands can get the filling this dentist did checked and actually get his teeth fixed in one appointment and pain free. In all honesty I feel like we would of been better off going to a vet!

I went to this dentist a few years ago. 1. He removed my 3 wisdom teeth during 3 different appointments, they weren't difficult ones either. My third one came out without trouble, it took longer for the freezing to take effect. 2. He told me to only use my mouth guard on nights I will grind my teeth. As a stressed out individual, working at a job I hated, that was going to be every night! My Ottawa dentist was appalled when I told him this. If you clench or grind your teeth, wear your mouth guard every night! 3. An orthodontist came in weekly for assessments. This dentist REALLY wanted me to be seen by them, because i NEEDED braces. The orthodontist asked my feelings on the matter, and asked what my plans were for the next few years, like if I was going to college, which I was soon after. I guess this dentist gets a percentage of the profit? My Ottawa dentist does not think I need braces either.

Been going to Mr.Thaci for a number of years now and always found him to be in a rush to get to the next patient. My last appointment yesterday afternoon was the last straw .While taking scale off my teeth his hand slipped and hit me under my nose on the top lip.The more disturbing part was he never said sorry or my hand slipped or are you okay. Just rushed me through like usual. I'm 62 and have never experienced this type of behavior before. Needless to say I'm looking for a new dentist.

Woe to anyone going to the dental butcher, he was rude (I think just to women) and pulled so hard at my teeth I suffered pain for weeks after. He is grossly understaffed because he wants to earn money just to be able to retire early. He doesn’t care about his patients just the money. Thank goodness I never have to see him again, Rouble is way more experienced and care about their clients. Beware the butcher dentist at all costs
