★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting #VanCity from abroad, Walked into the Abbot St branch at 9:30pm on Sunday... was advised by the staff member who greeted me with a direct" "We're closed" ... this despite the front door being wide open and the opening times clearly showing branch closing hour was not until 10pm. Ended up walking 15 minutes to another company who were open and willing to provide tasty pizza. Is this a typical example of your companies customer service? if so, I'd recommend customers look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pizza to be ready at a certain time and I got there two minutes before that and the pizza was already cold. Lesson learned do not order a pizza in advance at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother ordering in advance unless there's an online deal. I arrived 20 minutes after ordering and they hadn't even started yet. Website said ready in 15. Pizza isn't great either, but that's the same as every other Freshslice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a slice of pepperoni pizza after the Lions game and the worker there pulled out a slice fresh from the oven. Very pleased with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was very bad, the store felt like very bad not managed and the pizza slices tasted like old pizza. There was no clear menu and after ordering 8 Slice combo I was charged 2.5$ extra upon enquiring staff told 0.50 cent extra per feast special slice.
I am okay paying that amount the nothing was mentioned before hand and pizza quality itself was not worth 2.5$ for the whole pizza!
Please improve the quality and have better trained staff.
