★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best experiences ever. Not only they are so professional but the passion and love that they have for what they do is unmatched. Jennefer has helped us to build our recipes, trained our staff and provided even extra advise about how to enhance our business performance. The connection they built with every one was special. There services didn't stop after finalizing the training but they were always in contact with us to ensure every thing was working well. I would recommend this place for any one who is starting a restaurant business and needs help with both food and operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before deciding on a wedding cake flavour, we wanted to sample a few different flavours to see what we would like best. Jennifer was great in providing examples of flavours and she put together a sampling with cupcakes for us. We ended up deciding on lemon curd and it was amazing! Jennifer really delivered in providing a beautiful wedding cake that served 15 people. The taste of the cake and buttercream icing was great. All of our guests really enjoyed the cake and one even said it was the best cake she has ever eaten! We highly recommend Fresh Baked Consulting for your sweet treat needs as Jennifer was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, Jennifer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently attended a wine tasting dinner event at Fresh Baked Consulting. The event was in partnership with Wine Journeys in Barrie. The food, wine, and the entire experience were wonderful. I’ve enjoyed Jennifer’s baking for over 30 years and have done baking and cooking classes with her before, but I had never experienced one of her dinners. Her four course meal was delicious. I have never liked shrimp before, but may now be a convert. Jennifer’s space is fun and gorgeous, an ideal spot for private dinners or small parties. She is a warm and welcoming host. I look forward to returning for more events!
