And the food was so healthy and delicious. Guilt free and satisfying meals. I would recommend this service to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm located in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, and I was surprised to see that Fresh 2 You delivers here via Harbour Air. I gave it a try and tried out almost everything on their menu for two separate refreshes and everything was good, with a few real stand out meals, and my kids really enjoyed what they tried. Prices were affordable.
I love cooking, so I don't think it will become an all the time thing, however Fresh 2 You meals definitely made a long work week into a much more manageable thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this catering service for our office lunches when it was run by Paul Fenton still.. unfortunately during some kind of company merger or partnership the quality of both the food and the service have gone in the toilet. I believe from what I understand Paul was somehow cut out of his own company and it really shows. We tried to give them chance after chance but for 8 days they served below par food, some days inedible. They arrived without utensils and had to use ours (thankfully we have some here) and didnt even take the time to wash them! They forgot dishes and prepared dietary need dishes incorrectly even after being told how to prepare them on more than one occasion. They arrived without dressings for the salads more than once. In my opinion the worst catering we have had so far and we had a caterer serve raw meat to us before! I would steer clear. Hopefully one day Paul makes a new company because his catering was so healthy and delicious. I think the kicker in the whole thing was that they never said sorry, not even once for their mistakes! Sorry can go a long way ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We LOVED our first Fresh 2 You meals! The portions were so generous we found we could share one serving for dinner. We tried the pad thai, chickpea zucchini fritters, and tempeh shepherds pie and they were all delicious. I also love that they use local, organic ingredients when available and provide reusable containers. Healthy, eco-conscious, with great customer service - I love that this company represents everything I value!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so excited Fresh 2 You delivers to Victoria now!! Easy pick up at Harbour Air :) I used this service and expected healthy meals but didn’t expect it to taste as amazing as it tasted!! I’m not the best at eating healthy, or planning meals so this service was so helpful for me. Not only is it healthy and delicious, but they also use reusable containers, organic ingredients and the portions are huge (can easily get 2 meals out of 1). They also label each container with the ingredients & calories (which is great for us calorie counters). 10/10 would recommend and would get again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Fresh 2 You for 3 weeks now and wish I started using them 3 years ago!
They update their menu 2x a week so there is always new choices to keep me from getting bored of the same meal over and over
The taste of the food almost makes me skeptical on how healthy it is! But my fat loss in these 3 weeks and general feeling of a healthier mind and body shows me the food is high quality as they say!
And the final cherry on top that I just love about them, is that they are a zero waste company when it comes to dishes and delivery. No plastic bags carrying the plastic containers here, like every other food prep company I have used. A reusable freezer bag delivers the reusable silicone containers, nothing is thrown away!
