We are very happy with our Freeport Home. Our deficiency list was compiled over a few months and Freeport staff addressed all issues. All deficiencies were basically cosmetic, nothing urgent. There were times when we waited for a tradesman but we understand when a community is growing this fast there is only so much labour available. Our dealings with Freeport staff has always been very pleasant. It is a great community and we have recommended it to friends and family.

Never get this company to build you a home. They build homes for Retire West which is owned by the father of Todd Venier who owns Freeport. They don't finish the home when you move in and takes them over a year to finish. They use sub trades for lot of the work and the workmanship is not good. When trying to contact someone about your home it is next to impossible to reach someone. Our only contact is Freeport and they don't seem to care about getting the homes done. It's been well over a year now and there are some items that are still not done. These are small issues but they still don't care to finish, they just care about getting the next people into their homes so they can get their money!! Update: Lived here just about two years now, still not all of the deficiencies have been done. I have sent numerous e-mails and messages with both Michelle and even Todd Venier about some of my issues and neither of them can bother to contact me back. Once you buy here you are at the mercy of this company and if they don't address the issues you have you have no recourse.

I apologize for the late review, it has been a very busy time. We met our Realtor (Maria) September 1, 2019 in Oliver from Langley to look at homes for sale. Maria decided to take us to OK Falls to look at property. Well, the moment we drove into Peach Cliff Estates, we knew this beautiful new subdivision was for us. Wayne & myself signed all our paperwork on October 26, 2019 and picked out the type of home we had dreamed of, from the Interior to the colors of the Exterior. We then needed to sell our home in Langley, (which was March 2020 and the new buyers gave us until the middle of July) and the timing for us to vacate was perfect for when our New Home was completed. We cannot thank Freeport Industries for our beautiful home, amazing views, love the wild life and have met some wonderful new neighbors. We would also like to personally thank, Chris, Graham, Jon, Nikki, Kim, Kohbi, Pedro, Fletcher, Gary and all the crew who made this happen. This subdivision is hopping and I believe only a few more lots to be sold, when we see new clients walking around (that are interested), we invite them into our home to show them the workmanship of these beautiful homes. Thanks Freeport, for making our dream come true. Love being retired and living life in OK Falls W & V Compton

I love my home. It is very comfortable and quite. A few cosmetic issues and concerns were dealt within a reasonable time frame. The Freeport Staff are friendly and the actual Freeport product is very good. A great community environment, neighbours are very friendly, and the grounds are well maintained. Kim the Resident Deficiency Expert does an excellent job but needs the right type of people to assist her in making this complex a better one. Completion date delays seem to be a norm. Freeport needs to address this. The majority of problems lie with the sub trades they hire. Freeport needs to do a better job screening new trade staff to ensure they are qualified to do the work properly. Also a Quality Manager/Inspector should be in place to check each phase of the build to ensure everything is done correctly before continuing on to the next level. The most cost effective way is to do the job "right the first time".

In January 2018 our beautiful Freeport home was delivered. It is beautiful, we absolutely love it. Freeport was a delight to deal with. Everyone from front office to sales to engineering and set up. We did have a few minor problems, as with any newly built home. They promptly took care of them. We had a wonderful experience dealing with such a professional company. When people view our home they can’t believe the quality and how well the available space has been used utilized. It was also great that Freeport had a great team to put our home together. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. As far as we are concerned, our house is the best quality. We would recommend Freeport to anyone that is going to have a modular style home built.

I have a modular commercial building constructed by Freeport Industries. I had an issue with a leak in the roof but the warranty had expired. I called Freeport to enquire what my options were. The team was very responsive, came out to inspect the issue and promptly scheduled a service call to make the necessary repairs. In my opinion, this is quality customer service at its best. I would contact Freeport first in my next purchase and would highly recommend them to others. Well done Freeport Industries!

We have lived in Sage Creek for a little over a year. On the one year anniversary, Simone from Freeport reached out to arrange our deficiency inspection of our home. We only had a few issues including some corner cracks caused by construction in the new neighbourhood. We also had a couple of planks of the luxury vinyl that needed adjusting. Those problems were addressed and corrected within the next day. This included repainting in the corners and adjusting the front door which James pointed out needed to be looked at because it wouldn't close without slamming. We also thought our AC wasn't working correctly and Freeport sent Cody over who inspected and insured us that it is working correctly. Freeport has a bunch of great people who look after this community within a community. On site Trevor is approachable and addresses problems in a kind way. On site managers Fletcher and Sarah keep things in order and are very open communicators. In all, it's a pleasure living here and solidifies our decision to purchase here. Great job on everybody's part!

Employment Review: Be aware! This place was the dirtiest and most unorganized place I have ever worked. The same mistakes are made over and over again to a point that is almost comical. The management preaches change but nothing ever changes. Upon handing in my resignation I was threatened with a poor referral. A few weeks after leaving I received a threatening letter in the mail from Chris Inkster the president of Freeport. This confirmed that I had made the right decision to part ways.
