Great place to be if you live fitness! Staff and members are great and very friendly. The facility fits everyone’s needs and If you need a challenge or change then just sign up for one of the group classes. Look forward to my workout everyday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym and great staff! I'm almost always greeted by name. Lots of room to get creative and experiment a bit with workouts. They don't have much for workout machines, providing instead dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, free-weights, etc. Of course there are still some treadmills, ellipticals and row machines as well as a full stocked room of spin bikes for their spin class and a climbing wall. If you're new to gym-life I'd highly recommend you attend a few of their Bootcamp-style classes. Ever changing and evolving they'll get you sweating all the while having a trainer help you with posture, mechanics and there to alter the exercise to your own fitness level. After a few, you'll have a bunch of new exercises to practice on your own. Perfect if you're looking for something new and youre tired your old gym and hate waiting for the squat racks! (5 in the basement and 1 upstairs!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only gym downtown, won't negotiate on bulk corporate deals. Bare minimum for regular gym equipment. This is a Crossfit / circuit gym so cince I don't do that I'm kinda missing the point of the gym lol. Most staff is friendly and I have friends that love the classes. As a regular gym goer I would like a little more equipment like a curl bar or more leg equipment. Oh they have WiFi but won't share the password to patrons
*update * they have added a easy curl bar and hired some really friendly staff. Robert is especially knowledgeable and friendly! Moved this to a 4 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to gyms for most of my life. This is far and away the best gym I've been to. Unlimited classes (yoga, plyo, lifting, calisthenics, kettle bell etc.) for a very affordable price--especially if you are a student. I can't recommend highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clean gym!! The infra red sauna is a very cool feature. Tons of free weights for use. Cardio equipment is in great shape. I will have to try a class or two at some point. If you feel like flipping tires, you can do that here as well. The staff have been Excellent to deal with.

Lots of open space and comfortable floors. Classes are often the highlight, but they're great for a wide range of personal work-outs. Personally, love the emphasize on Kettlebells. Huge shout out to lane (the Kettle guru) and Rob (manager) for creating an inclusive and vibrant community!

You get the vibe that everyone loves being there and is exceptionally welcoming and humble. You’re around a group of people who are motivated to become fitter, stronger and very welcoming. I loved this facility and miss being there since I moved away from Saskatoon. Highly recommend it.
