We had an even today we promised the kids a bouncy castle and beat the bucket game a highlight for the kids. It's such a shame. We had a horrible time getting a hold of them and then they don't show up no one answered the phone and no emails. Do not use them ever unless you want horrible service.
E	Eleanor Meldrum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over 850 Grads and guests enjoyed the amazing Air Games provided by Fraser Valley Party Rentals at our 29th Annual Chilliwack Community Dry Grad event on June 26th. The Air Games were a big hit, especially the Alcatraz and 77' obstacle course. Josh and his Team were professional and Angela kept in contact with us from start to finish. We would highly recommend them and have booked them for next year already. Eleanor M. Chairperson

During our Children's Camp we have been looking forward to the closing event of a BBQ with a giant bouncy castle and dunk tank. While they were supposed to show up at 11:00, our constant calls at noon were never answered and they never showed up. We continued to try and contact with no response. You should have seen the children's faces, many cried. Do not use this service, you may be thinking that it "can't be that bad" but no. Just don't. go to any other rental service. Attached is just a few of the disappointed children from the camp.
j	john court on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented 20 chairs and 2 tables for an apartment BBQ we had Saturday May 25, 2019. The delivery guy brought them and I paid him cash of $101.00. A bit of change not sure of amount. He told me he did not have a receipt book and that the invoice would be emailed right away in the following week. This is June 3, 2019 and to date I have not received any response from the many voice mails I have left on the office phone and I have not received any kind of response from the many emails I have sent to the company email. Customer service is very poor for this company and it looks like I have to pay for the table and chair rentals because I do not have a receipt to prove I paid for them with cash out of my petty cash. I do not recommend paying this company for something without a receipt upon delivery. No returned phone calls and no returned emails. For the other 2 apartment BBQ's I will have to look else where in the Fraser Valley. NOT HAPPY

Thank you + your team for such an awesome set-up of the Dolphin Waterslide Bouncy, and for letting us keep the rental a little later. Everybody had a blast, and your on-site team was great. J	Jete Devisser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this company for a cotton candy machine and glitter tattoo artists for an event this week, and we've been trying for days to get a hold of someone, but their phone number goes to message, and their inbox is full. We are now in a pickle, and a little stressed out. I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. The owner did manage to get a hold of me after I posted this review, and did provide services at our event. The event went great, and she and her staff were wonderful the night of. I believe this company and business owner are overwhelmed - not only with inquiries since events are beginning to happen in earnest again, but also with life circumstances. She gave a lot of reasons as to why there was no communication the week leading up to the event, but her past reviews would indicate that this was not an isolated event. I hope they can find their groove and serve their customers well, because this business is a much needed service in the valley!
