★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an international athlete visiting the area, I reached out via Instagram (message viewed but not answered) and via telephone (message left but not followed up on) and I reviewed the Facebook page but information was lacking.
The barrier to a great customer service experience was poor communication... fortunately, there's a simple remedy.
I suggest listing staffed hours and visitor policy... to avoid frustrating potential customers. I did eventually receive a "no drop ins sorry" reply via Instagram as I arrived at the facility.
Covid protocol was in effect and the equipment looked decent from through the window. I hope to visit again one day and use that experience to improve my rating.
