★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly regret signing my loved one into this “detox” centre. In my opinion this place is unprofessional , untrustworthy, and it appeared that they most definitely care most about getting your money ! And I’m talking a HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY.
As a professional healthcare worker myself I highly recommend you do yourself a favour and go to an established detox centre .
Truly I’m warning people, do your research. I wish I had more information before I signed my loved one in here. There were not a lot of reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel fantastic, have now, thanks to this facility and to their staff ( that seemed to me genuinely cares for the patients that are there ), I have been freaking sober for four glorious months and am looking forward to getting together again with family members that I haven't seen for sometime. I thank these folk with all my heart, I am now looking forward to my future whatever it brings. Simply thanks to my team for everything that you've done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAFF REFUSE TO WEAR MASKS AT THIS FACILITY. Fraser Health website states masks must be worn in doors and they dismiss this. Staff at any other recovery house/detox I’ve called all wear masks. Do not send your loved ones here. This is a first hand account. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT COME HERE. They do not follow covid protocol and the owner and staff refuses to wear masks and social distance. Not only this, the centre is very dirty and the staff does nothing. Food is gross and always stale, spoiled, or expired. It is evident that this place, and the owner does not care about their clients’ recovery at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Rehab has been the worse I’ve ever been at in my life. First off, there is a lot of promises made over the phone which you do not get. When I called wanting treatment I was told that I would be getting double the group time than I actually got. This place is run unprofessionally and you do not get any value for what you pay. The owner is also the group facilitator, which as a client, I found very unethical. He was arrogant, unapproachable and it was obvious he was only there for the money. To top it off, while I was at this place, I overheard the owner asking the staff to leave fake 5 star reviews. I was going to let the not following the covid proticol slide but when I heard that I was out of there fast!!!! DO NOT COME HERE AND DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU! I am remaining anonymous because I am truly scared of these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a former employee of this facility, I experienced, caring staff, professional and caring doctors, exceptional programs such as equine therapy, art therapy, in a lovely, peaceful country like setting.
Also had some great conversations with clients who were thriving while there. A few cries and a whole lot of laughter.
I enjoyed my time working there! Sadly had to leave for personal reasons.
