J	Jeff T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would have loved to have enjoyed the fishing experiences shared by some of the guests, but due to my father’s failing health we weren’t able to make the trip, but we were charged for all of it. Tim Malone had been helpful in January, putting together the package that would suit us for a trip in August. I gave Tim my credit card and the deposit was promptly posted. In April, my father’s health took a brutal turn so I left a voicemail and I sent Tim an email, on the same email chain that we had been communicating all along, to advise of our situation. At that time COVID had changed everything. We were in the middle of a lockdown and I felt sorry for businesses like Tim’s that would be impacted by loss of business. In my email to Tim I indicated my concern for his business, and also said that if he needed he could keep my deposit. I never heard from Tim after our deposit was taken from my credit card. No response to my previous email or return calls from my voicemails. On the day that we were to be at Fraser Canyon River Ranch, the remainder of the trip was posted to my credit card. I couldn’t believe it so I immediately called Tim and left a voicemail as well I followed up with an email. No response to either. I left things for a couple of weeks thinking that Tim was busy, but still no response. I haven’t received an invoice for the trip that never was or a receipt for the last charge to my credit card. The fishing looks great, but the business practices are not. Beware of making deposits, or providing a credit card number.
R	Robert Dunlop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim was amazing and our guide Geoff was super knowledgeable, friendly and so much fun to spend the day with. We caught so many sturgeon our muscles were aching the next day, and our accommodations were great too. Our group had the most incredible time thanks to these guys. I will definitely be returning for another adventure!! BTW, I read the negative post about the father who was sick and couldn’t go, but I have a really hard time understanding this, based on my personal experience with Tim. I don’t think we have the whole story here. This was my first time meeting Tim, so there is NO bias on my part. I’m just a customer. What I can tell you from my own experience is that I believe Tim is an upstanding guy and I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone!
