D	Dave Jowett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $14,000 to have a concrete driveway poured with a coloured stamped border and decorative diamond shape in middle. Had this done last fall (2020). Work was done on time with great results. Many comments by neighbours and passers-by. However come spring 2021 a chunk of concrete approx 5" x 3" x 2" came out in three large pcs and smaller sand like residue. Called in March with no response. E-mailed several times with pictures! One time in May finally got to talk to Ken who promised to come to have a look. Never showed up nor called to why! Took two separate trips from Belleville to their business location in Campbellford. Again no response with office staff saying only Ken can help. More e-mails and voice mails followed with no action. Got to talk to him one Sunday by chance and said he would come after saying blah, blah needed to fix the problem, then suggesting that the loose concrete was caused by a snow plow to which I said I shoveled. That was 3 weeks ago and still no action. I was warned by relatives who live in the area of Campbellford that this company does not have a very good reputation however I did visit a customer in Hastings who had the same work done and was very pleased. So I took a chance. So, if you are contemplating using this company and want to make sure you get a timely and correct response to problems during and after work is done, THEN DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AND ALL TRANSACTIONS WITH ANY AND ALL TYPES OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR SERVICES!

When I went there not only did they have what u was looking for but the explained to me how to use it . The Man wasn't pushing me to rent it, He was patience and really nice and he wasn't trying to rush me out after I said I'll rent it. He was very helpful and wonderful with telling me the instruction . It worked perfectly without any issues. I'll definitely be going back there and recommending them to everyone I can . Thank you NBRentals you made a major problem turn into something simple .

I showed him a copy of the engineered plan for our project and he said he knew what needed to be done and didn't give it a second glance. His ball park estimate was double that of a previous estimate. So, no thanks to Nicholson Brothers

You will see a pattern. it happened to me, i read all the good reviews and not the bad ones. i too had a bad situation and i did a review, i noticed a year later all the reviews were wiped out and they started all over again. and then again. it seems when theyhave alot of bad reviews they do this. and yes this can be done. cclick on the reviews thumbs up on any of the one stars

We have rented numerous pieces of equipment that were either so worn they barely worked or didn't work at all. We rented an auger in the summer, picked it up and it got half way through the first hole and died. Went to bring it back and they decided to close rental early, leave and not tell the other people who worked there so we were left with no equipment for the weekend and the job didn't get done. If you need something delivered do not count on it coming before 2pm. You are told morning delivery but you sit around waiting half the day wasting time and money. Very unprofessional and simply say "sorry about that" for all the inconvenience they cause. We will not rent anything from them going forward.
