Expérience très médiocre. Cette entreprise a une marge d'amélioration considérable à la fois dans la façon dont ils traitent leur clients et le service qu'ils fournissent. J'ai loué une espace de parking à cet endroit pendant 9 mois. En hiver, j’ai dû changer deux fois ma place de parking parce que mon spot désigné était enneigée. Si une personne n’avait pas annulé sa place, il n’y aurait pas eu de place pour ma voiture. La location du spot coûte environ 650 $ pour l'année mais ils n'ont pas salé ni déposé de sable. C’est comme une patinoire de hockey pendant 4 mois. Je leur ai écrit une lettre avec mes commentaires et je n'ai jamais été rappelé. Very poor customer experience. This business has significant room for improvement in both how they deal with customers and the service they provide. I rented a parking spot from this place for 9 months. In the winter time I had to change my parking spot twice because my spot was snowed in. If one person hadn’t cancelled their spot there would have been no room for my car. Renting the spot is about $650 for the year but they didn’t salt or put sand down. It’s like a was like a hockey rink for 4 months. I wrote them a letter with my feedback and never got a call back.
