โ โ โ โ โ I will never order from Double Wing again.
I purchased a groupon for $39 and sent in my photo to be made into a canvas. The owner called advising that there were not enough pixels - when asked if we could do a smaller size he said it would work. I requested the $10 difference back and he said he couldn't do that.
My print took 5 weeks...not 4 to arrive and when it did it was terrible - so dark you cannot see the faces of those it in.
I called and reported this and he said he reported that he would not redo it. He continued to say that it is my responsibility to ensure a proper picture is used. I said you told me about the pixels why didn't you tell me about the brightness since he is the expert.
Bottom lin ise he refused to provide me with another one and he hung up on me.
Poor quality art, poor customer service.
DO NOT USE DOUBLE WING ART!!

โ โ โ โ โ Great service at Denison branch-reservations about communication unfounded as the pleasant owner cut glass to exact imperial specs of 13 3/4 x 36 7/8 in couple mins at reasonable cost. Also he dont use recycled glass as he said there are structural changes with age- didn't know that.

I placed an order in August, it is now middle of October and I still have not received it. I did purchase three coupons for this company and I am going to cut my losses on two of them due to their poor customer service.
