The products they sell are of good quality as well, for the price you are paying. Honestly, you can't go wrong. Try to visit them, and you will be positively surprised. Just my two cents. โ โ โ โ โ Would never shop here again. Ordered masks during the pandemic, paid via PayPal, got my receipt from PayPal, not never received order confirmation from the seller. Charged me for the product (cost me $50.85), but did not notify me that it was ready for pick up. I had to open a case with PayPal 3 weeks later in order for them to do something about it. They claim to have emailed but I received NOTHING from them.

These ppl keep harassing me by calling me and emailing me to remove my review even after I told them on numerous occasions that I WILL NOT be editing/deleting it. My review is based on the experience I had with them. I AM ENTITLED VOICING MY OPINION. STOP HARASSING ME!!! I would give a negative star if I am able to! DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!

โ โ โ โ โ Great Place! I was going to get a projector screen from Best Buy, but they listed it as coming from these guys, so I just ordered direct instead. Saved me over $100! I ordered about 5:30pm, and it was delivered the next morning, and on Christmas eve no less! I highly recommend this place!

โ โ โ โ โ Awesome! Great price & great service. Most of other bargain stores have no service after the product is shipped out, but not this one. The biggest fear I have when I use bargain stores like this is buying a lemon, obviously, because it's usually nightmare dealing with the seller about the problems related the product purchased. When I emailed Factory Direct Sale about the projector screen I ordered, they replied in a couple of hours and they were willing to provide help over the phone. I am very impressed! I strongly recommend this store to all bargain hunters!

โ โ โ โ โ I bought a motorized projector screen from them (106" eGalaxy), best price and best quality. Why to pay more $800-$900 for a screen when you can pay less than $300 for the same quality ?!?! Great customer service, definitely I will get back to them! Thank you!
