★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told it was the worst groomer in Nanaimo. They were right.
I called and said I'd give her a good rating online if she did a good job..she told me the poor rating was from her daughters who no longer work with her.
While grooming my pup she took a sizable chunk out of my dog ear. It must've bled like crazy.
I'll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sickened that I left my yorkie to get groomed here. The lady that owns the place had always done a lovely job grooming my sweet tempered yorkie. But today she was unaware that I was waiting for her to finish grooming him and watching. She list her temper and grabbed him by the beck squeezing and shaking his neck. I yelled hey! Stop shaking my dog. She lost control and took it out on an old sick dog. I will never return. No apology.. nothing from her. Except to say to me” well you wouldn’t want me to cut his ears? How does shaking my dog have to do with preventative measures trimming his ears. Just want to warn others. Such a shame because she is a good groomer but needs to control herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently did poor job of trimming hair. Always had to get scissors out and fix where I could. I even asked her to double check her work before finishing. That didn’t help either. I give up. Going to a different place now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly unprofessional. Multiple times now has booked us on days different than what we had planned on the phone. Claims of automated messages that haven't been sent (with two different numbers available to reach out to) making us aware of upcoming appointments. Kaitlyn is incredibly aggressive and unpleasant to communicate with. Don't call people on the wrong days who are doing shift work with a nasty tone in the middle of their night. We will not be returning with our dogs.
