As a first time client, and a male, it can be a very intimidating, or even an embarassing thing to do. But the staff in Courtenay NEVER let me feel like that. They treated me as if it was totally normal. I appreciate that. I will be back again.

Seriously the amazing staff is super welcoming and friendly, I see Sasha on a regular basis for waxing and I literally look forward to going in just to chat with her, she makes the experience just relaxing and enjoyable. The other staff are also so friendly and wonderful. I've always been self conscious about my body and when I go here no know I never need to be worried about that. if your looking for a new place to get a body part waxed or lasered inhighly recommend checking them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was unequivocally the worst bikini wax I have ever received in my life. I’m not sure if the woman who waxed me had any experience but if she did it was not apparent. I could have shaved and had a better result. I have never waxed professionally but even I know it is essential to pull the skin tight when pulling the strip off. I have never left a review for any business in my life but I felt it was necessary to do so now so that others won’t waste money on the most painful and improperly done wax imaginable. I was going to give a two star because she did very well on my eyebrows, however I woke up this morning and it looks like I used a dull razor due to the red bumps. I have never had this reaction before so I lay the blame at foxybox’s feet.
