★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never go back here. There was old hair on the chair right when I got there, the area was not cleaned. I'm not picky and I've had people in training cut my hair in the past and felt more comfortable. A ladies cut claims to include a wash, cut and style but I had to ask to have my hair washed because it looked so bad in the end and left with wet hair, no style. The hairdressor kept blaming the cut on my hair type so if that's the case don't cut it but it's not as I've had the same cut by another hairdressor and it looked great. I really try to trust my hairdressor as they know what they're doing but I definitely did not feel this was the case and felt like she went at my hair like it was just a wig. She didn't try to understand the cut I wanted initially and I felt like she didn't want to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great, warm welcoming calm. The staff was wonderful and Sherri did an awesome job with my hair. She was so quick and friendly. It was a bit hard to hear and have a conversation due to the mask rule but 5hats not their fault! :)
