Ordered a large pizza and added the dry ribs for 7$. I ordered pineapple and bacon, and they brought me ham and pepperoni. I sent the pizza back, not wanting another one, as I have a personal prerogative to be weary of food I've sent back. The waitress asked a second time if I was sure I didn't want a pizza, I told her to box the one I didn't want up, and I'd pay 50% because I hate to waste food, and I'd just give it to the staff at the hotel I'm staying at. Waitress came back and told me that because they wouldn't have to change it, id have to pay full price. Back to not taking the pizza. Ate my dry ribs, which were decent, but then they charged me $13, full price for the $7 dry ribs I ordered. The only reason they got two stars was because the dry ribs were okay. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go here. Unless you REALLY like dry ribs. Ridiculous.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waitresses walking around on there phones. Sat there for 20mins nothing. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING all toilets have dirty tissues and they don’t even flush. If you want good service, this is not the place to go. Very dirty for a restaurant. ZERO STARS!!!!

This was our first time ordering from 4seasons today, we ordered delivery thru the app. Even though half our order was missing initially, the food was phenomenal! When I called to let them know, the person on the phone was phenomenal. She immediately took down what we were missing and in about 40 mins (they were super busy) the rest of our food arrived hot, and fresh, and even a little extra. My husband has to eat GF and his fish and chips was the best he has had he said, the pizza was great, lots of toppings and cheese. The dry ribs were delicious, the parmasean garlic sticks were delicious. Can't go wrong with home cut fries- All the food was phenomenal! We will definitely order again and the service was excellent.

I always get the dry ribs and fries, there washrooms usually smell bad. They got a good offsale selection and prices. They now got a seperate room for pool, they also have alot of v.l.t's. Beer on tap is always good, wish they had more daily specials and brought back the quesadilla!

TERRIBLE!!! if I could give a ZERO for the FOOD, and the SERVICE I received tonight I would. we had placed two separate orders and it was not cheap so we had expected the food and service to be at least good and it wasn't. we live out of town so when we got home some of the order was missing the pizza was made incorrectly, when I called to address the mistake I had to speak with three different people and was transferred to offsale then AGAIN transferred over to the "boss" which resulted in us both having a yelling contest over the phone they said they would transfer me over the money for what was missing which i haven't received. the food wasn't that great and the service was the worst. I will never order from here again!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL work ethics from staff. Of course they will come up with an excuse to back up their actions. it doesnt matter if they had a 100 orders tonight or not when you pay well over 200 dollars on two orders you expect your food to be made right and not have anything missing AND when I said I would make the 45 min trip back to come and have my order fixed the man was YELLING to bring all the food back so YES I was upset and yelled right back at him. If their staff had checked the food over to ensure everything was in the bag i would have just ate the soggy food and called it a night but instead im here trying to validate their mistake by leaving this review.! The brown paper bag was stapled when brought from the kitchen to the front, so i dont know how its possible that your staff checked the bag when they printed out a second receipt. Also, if everyone who ordered tonight left a review I guarantee you all the reviews wouldn't be satisfied like you 'assume' its always a hit and a miss when eating here sometimes the food is good other times its terrible. Before I am called rude maybe try asking your staff to handle situations like this properly and tell the story honestly because they were not all that professional when I had spoken to them on the phone. Take care from an unhappy PAYING customer lol

We out-of-towners went to watch the Stars/Flames game. Not from anywhere near Regina, we didn't know what to expect. We were so delighted with the great service, comfortable atmosphere, cold beers and the Stars won. It was great. You cannot go wrong here. Thanks Four Seasons, these Texans will remember you fondly!

Good location and excellent food! Every time I've been there the service has been good or better, and the food is always good! One thing to watch out for - since it's a sports bar there are lots of sports events they host, and it can be loud if you go on an event night. Otherwise excellent atmosphere and good volume as long as you miss the big events :)
