With some unexpected tire trouble, Jeremy was able to get our car in just before closing and helped diagnose the possible areas of concern and got us back on the road. Very helpful, professional service, I would recommend to anyone.

There was an issue among the tires I had bought and my SUV. John immediately messaged me and right away wanted to make it right. In all my years dealing with my vehicle and different shops, I have never dealt with this level of appreciation towards their customers. I am blown away with how John dealt with this issue, and in the future I will be recommending his shop. This is a business owner that truly wants the best for his customers and will always make it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get new tires for my truck and told them factory size for my truck then they phoned me and I got there only to see the wrong size tires were put on my truck which were way over size and I could tell as soon as I seen it that they were way to big. I then asked them why there were so big then they tried to tell me that I requested over size tire when I clearly did not as I have a stock spec truck. Then when they went to change the tires they couldn’t find my splined socket to take my splined lug nuts off and called me twice trying to tell me I lost the socket when they left it on the tire machine. Said and done it was a 5 hour or deal now I’m left with four scratched fuel wheels from there tire machine and on top of all this they dropped a wheel and broke a centre cap which is on order but keep getting told that it’s gonna be longer and longer do not recommend this place at all.
