★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came across Foto Flare Photography through a childhood friend who highly recommended Lucas. He has also done many weddings and family portraits for acquaintances of ours. Recently we had our engagement session and Lucas was a complete pro, keeping the session fun - considering I would rather be behind the camera and not in front of it, that in itself is an achievement, he made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He went out of his way to get the perfect shot and guided us with ease. The weather was calling for 20mm+ of rain, we lucked out with beautiful weather. We cannot wait to see all of the engagement photos and are looking forward to Lucas shooting our wedding in November. If you are looking for a personable photographer who will listen to your ideas and lead you into successful shots, than Foto Flare is your company.

I pretty much despise having my picture taken, but I can honestly say that Lucas made the process so easy and fun. He is very personable and if he isn't getting the proper shots, he quickly figures out a better pose or lighting to deliver quality photos. I have been looking through my pictures over and over because I'm so in love with them!

Lucas encourages you to give those 'genuine' smiles, as I call them. He will find the right lighting and unique backgrounds that will leave you in awe of his artistic eye. I am ALL smiles when I look at my wedding photos. Lucas truly captured the beauty of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Lucas for our wedding was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I don't really like having our photos taken, so we planned to skip the engagement shoot. Thankfully Lucas talked us into it, promising we'd feel so much more comfortable in the wedding photos after just a couple hours shooting with him, and he was definitely right. He's both extremely professional and really fun to work with, an excellent teacher if you haven't been professional photographed before, everything you want in a wedding photographer. Can't recommend him highly enough!

My husband and I were very nervous for our engagement shoot, but Lucas made us feel at ease and made the session a lot of fun for us! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my engagement session with Lucas in the fall of 2018 and just recently my wedding day May 31st, 2019 and I am completely blown away by the photos! Literally words cannot describe how beautiful these pictures are so I've added my favourites. If I could have, I would have added the whole file.
Lucas is such a sweet guy and is super easy going but professional all at the same time. I have to say I was so nervous to do my engagement photos because I had never had professional pictures done before but he made it so much fun and I absolutely loved the pictures, they turned out amazing!
On my wedding day, Lucas came in and disclosed that he had been in the emerge two days in a row and I am still amazed how he pulled through like a champ, even though I new he was in quite a bit of pain he put his clients first and made it happen and I could not tell at all. If you want someone reliable, super friendly, easy going, and will give you outstanding photos then I would HIGHLY recommend Lucas. He will not disappoint I promise you that.
