★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forward Space provided me with a getaway from the challenges of working from home in Spring 2021. Being able to rent a private office for a short term was crucial to help me finish writing my thesis without the WFH distractions. The space is gorgeous and well thought out in the details. Even the internal offices are light as they have large glass walls but are designed with privacy in mind. It's a focused space with lots of room to be creative and engaged. Looking forward to going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Forwardspace many times since they started last spring. I love the clean design and calm space. The location is very convenient at the bottom of Lonsdale close to the Seabus, lunch options, and walk by the water when a break is needed. Although the balconies give a lovely view of downtown and mountains for when I felt like reading in the sun or just a fresh air break. Staff are friendly and it is just a no fuss set up! I do recommend ForwardSpace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forward Cowork is a lifesaver for anyone who works remotely on the North Shore! I have been using it regularly since the summer and have noticed I am much more focused and productive when I am there. It’s a modern and clean space with lots of natural light. Everyone who works there is super friendly and other people who use the space are very nice too. Plus they’re located in the heart of Lower Lonsdale, which means they’re surrounded by great coffee shops when you need a break and breweries at the end of a long day ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great find for temporary or a more permanent office space! The space is contemporary, thoughtfully designed with a bonus of wonderful outdoor space. The rental rates are more than fair and I have found that the owner has been very obliging and flexible with my requests unlike other spaces that I have rented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well designed and decorated, this co-working space has everything you might need or expect from a space. To top it off, the view from the terrace is incredible. From reasonably priced desks and offices, to stylish kitchen and ample meeting rooms, I’m truly enjoying working from here.
