★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortune Creek Kennels provides exemplary customer service. My German Shepherd has special health needs that I know are well-taken care of when he is at the kennel. Heather, John and the staff treat my dog Jocko like he is part of their family. We are so lucky to have a dog care facility of this caliber in our area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason for the 1 star ii is because I can not go lower. Heather said that she would work with us and then all of a sudden she changed her mind and we had to give up our fur babies because she wanted all funds up front. Not a good way to treat some one on a pension. Will never recommend or use their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to kennel our dog because of a forest fire evacuation. When I called, I was quoted a rate of $30.00 per night all in. Our evacuation order was rescinded, and we went to pick up our dog less than 24 hours later. The "$30.00 all in" rate had morphed into a charge of $45.00 per night. When questioned about the 50% increase the owner said that we should have checked her website, and then said she was "walking away from this conversation." Silly me thought that when she said "$30.00 all in", that would be the rate charged.
