Great place for your dog

Woof woof bark bark yip wag wag!. Simply put...I love my home away from home. Milli (alias) fat little sausage.

We used n&t when we went away for three weeks! They are great and explained how everything would work while away. They really made it easy and comfortable to leave our dog. I will use them again!!!

Unfortunately we have to give this place a bad review. We went on hoildays for 9 days leaving our little 10 pound Chihuahua in their care. We meet with them before the holiday and went over daily routines and bathroom breaks outside we also talked about how our pup was fussy when it came to meal time that she won't eat out of a dirty dish and how much to feed her. And what they wanted us to bring. I pack 29 ceaser dog food 1 for breakfast lunch and dinner which should have been 27 with two extra. In case something happened to one of them as they do pop open and rot. They also told us the day of pick up she would have had a bath and all gromed. So here's the truth well in my case this is what happened. When we picked my pup up she looked so skinny you could see her rib cage i asked the natila if she ate cause she was super skinny she said she didn't eat much. Then Talyor came in and said there that lititle eating machine my husband looked at me and I looked at him. We both thought well which one is it she didn't eat or she was a eating machine. By the looks of her she hadn't eaten all week. I assumed it was her choice but as Taylor started talking and admitted he didn't feed her much. I was so upset I just paid and left when we got home I went through my pups bag to find out 12 single servings where gone so in 9 day my puppy was only feed once a day. Who's little dog only eats once a day? When we got In our vehicle my daughter and son where both so up set. My daughter opened up a dog food and as picky of a dog she is she chowed it down with out thought my daughter opened up another one and she did the same. When we got home she went straight to her water dish a drank the whole thing. Through out the rest of the day she ate 3 more single servings a total of 5 in one day totally not acting like my pup. They promise they love animals but who does this to a animal. I really wonder what happens when no one's around. I only give them a 1 star because she was still alive. But even then I dont feel that's fair. I wonder how they would have felt if it was there dog?

Couldn't be worse! The people who run this kennel have no respect for the pets they "care for" or pet owners.I went away on a trip and left 3 dogs at this kennel and I requested that they keep 2 of the three dogs in one kennel. Instead of doing this simple task that us owners requested they decided that my miniature doxie was too vicious to take outside or to be with my other dog. So my dog was left all alone for a whole week in a kennel sleeping in her fesses. When I called for updates on my dogs the owners of the kennel were hostile and secretive. They were EXTREMELY rude on the phone and hung up on me when i asked yet again for them to put one of my other dogs in with my doxie so she would be comforted. When we came to pick up my dogs they yelled at me and told me to take my dogs and get off their property! I have never in my life been treated this way. Especially by someone who is in customer service. I felt uneasy and upset the entire time I left my dogs at this kennel. I work in an animal hospital as a animal heath technician and I will never forget the name of this kennel and will be letting my clients know of my bad experience at N&T kennels so they will never have to go through what I did.

This is a wonderful home away from home for animals. The owners are kind, caring people who show an obvious love for animals. Our dog is always happily excited when we pull into the property and he is always calm and happy when we bring him home. We have had experiences elsewhere, where it is noisy and tumultuous and he has seemed a bit traumatized when we have picked him up.. This is several acres of quiet calmness where the dogs are walked daily and the owners seem to take a very personal interest in the animals. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

We just got back from having our dog stay three nights at N and T canine care! The owners really made us feel at ease leaving our furry family member with them! Our dog doesn't always adapt to new surroundings easily but we could tell he liked Natalia and Taylor! Look forward to him having a place he can call home while we are away! Thanks guys! We have taken our two chow chows to this kennel for the last several years. I could not be more happy with their service. We brought our dogs for a short visit to make certain it was a match as we had some not so great experiences with other kennels. The owners understand dogs well. Everything is clean and tidy. A previous writer said the her dog was left in a mess. I have been inside the kennels many times and have never seen ANY dog left in such a condition. They know their clients and the dogs well and handle them well. We call Natalia the dog whisperer because one day all the dogs were barking in the kennel. She put her hands on her hips and said loudly "Ladies and Gentlemen!" and all the dogs were quiet and laid down. We travel quite a distance to take our dogs there and sometimes even backtracking for 45 minutes and we would not have it any other way. Our dogs are happy and well cared for. I recommend this kennel to everyone and even keep their business card at my own business so I can hand it out. They do request that people drop off and pick up between certain hours. I have never found this to be a problem. I let them know when we will arrive to pick up and the dogs are walked and ready to be loaded. Very thoughtful people.
