★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to Fort Rouge twice this year, both for front windshield replacements on my car.
Have nothing but great things to say about their service and how they worked seamlessly with the Porsche dealership. From ordering of the parts, to coordination of the repair, to return of the vehicle. All top notch.
Franca and Vienna were both excellent to work with and the follow-up's I had via email for information was superb. They even were able to help with providing some information to accurately ensure the CarFax report was being correctly outlined.
Never would have know about them if Porsche Winnipeg did not recommend them. Would not use anyone else but them now. Thanks.

The work done to my car door was flawless and completed in the appropriate time frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I had to bring my vehicle in after I was in an accident. I called to make an appointment to get it looked at and was able to get in within a couple of days. After MPI approved my repair, I was able to bring my car to get repaired within a few days. Not only did they fix my bumper but they cleaned it inside and out. I was also given a courtesy car! Great service. I would highly recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here a few months ago and they helped me sort out some scratches on my car. Fortunately the scratches weren't deep or anything, but their willingness to try buffing them out first (and then a proper fix when the buffing didn't take out all the blemishes) was a big help. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable, can't ask for more than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you guys for dealing with me and my multiple phone calls and back and forth emails. You are absolutely wonderful to deal with.
Side story: I had originally went to Birchwood in Pointe West to get my BMW repaired. They were not the greatest communicators. I had to wait weeks of them just wasting time on my claim. Turns out they were arguing about 0.4 hours of labor pay with my Ontario Insurance. I would have happily just give them that out of pocket just to avoid that time wasted. Eventually i gave up when i had my phone calls and emails never returned for about a week and a half and decided to go to Fort Rouge. Birchwood tried to get me to come back after i had fired them. I explained to them,"if you cant answer your phone or emails now when i haven't given you my car, what would i be expecting when i do give you my car for repairs.! no thanks!!"
Franca and her team worked quickly to contact my insurance in Ontario - she approved the costs, booked me in for the repairs. and literally had it done within 9 business days!!!! I couldn't have been any more happier with the repairs and the turn around time. Even when they took the car apart, they noticed some internal damage, and she was able to get that all approved by the insurance and fixed on the car within those 9 days!
The repairs look fantastic - in fact, my bumper looks pristine!!! They buffed out some scuffs i had on my back bumper at no charge and i could not have been any more pleased with the level of service and work done to my car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would really like to thank everyone at Fort Rouge Body Shop. My Golf R had unfortunately had two claims of damage on the driver's side. I took my car to Fort Rouge both times where they took extra care in sanitizing the car's inside and fixing the damage. The work they did was fantastic! My car is as good as new.
