★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly did not know this service existed prior to COVID. As a non driver, and as someone that lives on a huge budget, I was so impressed with my first experience.
Having the pick up availability has changed so many things for me.
The staff are incredibly friendly, honest and now, friends.
It's been a year now of having pickups done now. Just absolutely incredible ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my four full bags well worth over 20 dollars, and got 21.15 back, with an exact number of 99 aluminum cans, and 6 over 2L which I had both more in cans and 2L or over a litre, and I had a few fruitopia tetra type juice box, and only came back as one counted, an estimated $ 15 loss. Just aother bottle depot with people who can't count or refuse to do the job properly. Don't recommend. (Same with Univer.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we all know it never adds up at the bottle depot. While I was emptying out garbage bags I noticed that they switched container sizes, when you’re watching the count to $.10 bottles when you’re not watching they count to $.30 bottles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average bottle depot, has always been understaffed but it's ridiculous now. If you happen to be there while someone with a pick up truck full of bottles arrives, they will shut down all the tills but one, for everyone else. Even if there is a lineup that extends into the parking lot.... clearly they value the cans more than their repeat customers of multiple decades...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty evident they self tip. Grab 6 cans and credit you for 5. I estimate the self tip was 5$. Guess you live with it, as we all expect it or shop around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a whole bunch of bags to take in, when I was looking on the website I saw they had a pickup service so I called to inquire about it. I was expecting to have to wait a few days, but they came and picked up all the bottles within an hour! Received the money promptly, got more than I expected. Getting a refund for your bottles has never been this easy and convenient.
