It's almost worth spending the $150 for me to get a oil change elsewhere. My cabin air filter was supposed to be changed the 2 last times at oil change and that still hasn't happened either. Thoroughly unimpressed

Told if you keep our vehicle while waiting for a part we would get the vehicle back sooner. Then I get the vehicle back and there is a noise in the console by the shifter and my button to lift the back lift gate no longer works. Crazy. When I called back they told me I need to leave my vehicle with them for most of a day. Really. Another day without a vehicle. This is crazy.

My husband purchased a new truck a few months ago and it ended up having some real issues that started to cause a lot of stress. Karl has been our sales guy for YEARS, and has always been AHHHMAZING, he will ALWAYS be our guy at Ford. Chad is very cool and definitely makes us feel valued. Brittany in Finance was a new addition to our team this time round, and simply wonderful! I bought my truck out of necessity,, now, with already over 1000km on it, I can honestly say that the more I drive it, the more I LOVE it.

It was very clear so when I went in the next morning I was taken right in, was given a ride home and the car was done by mid afternoon. The whole experience was very seamless and satisfactory. D	Danny Lepine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid cash for this vehicle. I paid $3492 for the Supreme warranty package from this dealership when I purchased the truck. When the push start module in the dash failed Fort Motors advised me to take it to Dodge as they could not help me. When I explained that the Dodge dealership did not have an opening for service for another 18 days and that I was stranded they advised that there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me, stranded or not. I explained to Fort Motors that I had paid cash for the vehicle and the Supreme warranty package from them and not the Dodge dealer. They had nothing else to say or offer. I have definitely bought my last purchase ever at Fort Motors. The lack of customer service is appalling. I did purchase a vehicle from the Dodge dealership for cash as well last summer. They have definately been much more supportive of my patronage.
