A	Anne Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased 2 rocker power Lazy Boy chairs from Forever Furniture in Zurich. Phil & Denise sales rep/consultant helped us. They were both very helpful & friendly. We received our chairs within 6 wks. Sooner than expected. They look good and well made. We hope they last us for a few years. Forever Furniture has a good selection & the best prices for Lazy Boy. The delivery drivers were very good. Delivery cost less than London companies. Thanks for the great customer service. We will be back if we need any more furniture.

I called the sales agent (Trudy) she gave me the replacement parts employee contact info (James) and after a few weeks of waiting I was finally contacted back. I explained the situation and was asked for photos, then more detailed photos, then photos of the part numbers. He explained I would have to dIsassemble the bed and have the part picked up to be sent out to be fixed. No arrangements were made but I would be contacted with pickup details. After 3 months in total from purchase to final contact I was phoned by an individual who very aggressively explained that this coming Monday was the only day that they do pickups and I needed to be home at 9am for this to happen.....well I work and it wasn’t possible for anyone to be home. He replied well that’s the only day that works for the company. To end this amazing review, the bed frame is still broken and I had to work instead of being home to return a bed frame.
