I know it was overwhelming for you first time around but the changes you've done made a huge difference. And thank you for sticking to your plan as opposed to cancelling it due to bad experience.

6 of us went there for tasting and had a great experience. However, I realized after I came home that their cash register automatically charges 18% gratuity for the whole transaction. That includes your drink and if you buy any retail product off the shelf. Their machine then asks for another tip on top of their 18% gratuity. It took me 4 phone calls to reverse the charge. Their manager had such a difficult time understanding that you can't charge 18% gratuity for retail product since it is not a service.
They won't provide itemized receipt unless you ask for it. So be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled upon this distillery while driving through the area and were very surprised by what we found! The building and grounds are beautiful. Carlo was very informative walking us through a tasting and giving us some background on the founding of the company. The vodka was a very nice surprise for an area so focused on wines. Add this to your list on any visit to Kelowna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. Megan was great. She even showed us around the distillery and explained how the vodka is made. Some of the best and smoothest vodka I've ever had. Highly recommended. Stop in and check this place out to get a break from the hundreds of wineries in the area. You won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight, my husband and I experienced our first visit and enjoyed the Summer Concert Series with NFA - The Dance Rock Band. What an amazing time and beautiful setting. Dillon was our waiter, who had just started. He did an awesome job. We will definately be back!
