★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyn was a huge help when trying to wean my 14 month old from nursing. I was struggling as it didn’t seem like self-weaning was going to happen. She helped develop a plan for weaning, after we dropped the first feed my babe started dropping the rest of the feeds herself! We went from 6 nursing sessions to 1 within 6 weeks without any issues. I am very grateful for Karyns assistance and follow up care she provided for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyn has been such a joy to work with! She helped me gain weight when my morning sickness was all day and night sickness and gave me a ton of tips for BLW. When my baby became a picky toddler she helped me once again to ensure he was getting the most out of what he would eat. 2 pregnancies and 2 babies later! Karyn has been a fundamental part of my families growth. Forever grateful for her time and dedication to helping my family. I even got her book for my Mother and it has helped immensely! 10/10 would recommend!

But Karyn Sunohara had experience with people who have my condition, and recommended elimination diets and lifestyle changes that yielded a significant improvement in my condition very quickly! She also followed up frequently and was always available to answer my questions over email. She is a very caring person and an extremely professional nutritionist with a lot of experience.
