β β β β β Highly recommend this place. Very different massage experience. I got my massage done by Cici. She was wonderful, very nice and skilled and kept checking throughout if the pressure is good. Feels great and relaxed after. I would definitely go back.

β β β β β Insurance doesn't accept their RMT receipt!!! Fraud Alert!!!
At the time of booking, they said, I have to pay upfront, and they will give me the receipt that I will have to sent to Green Shield to get the refund. At the end of massage, they asked me to pay by cash and saying their card reader is not working. They provided me with a hand written RMT receipt.
Green Shield refused to refund the money, saying this massage therapy is in their red alert, and require credit/debit card slip along with the hand written receipt as a proof of payment. The shop must knew that and tricked me to pay by cash!!

β β β β β I received a fantastic foot reflexology session recently. Wish I could remember my therapistβs name, I think it may have been Monica. She was very sincere and caring, I left feeling very nourished. Itβs a simple, no frills kind of place, and this is reflected in the prices. Iβve been twice so far, will go again.

β β β β β I had great experience with this Spa. I was attended by a nice lady. Very friendly and highly accommodating. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended. The only problem is there is no shower. But it's Ok.

β β β β β I was quite disappointed with the service provided. This was my first visit to this spa but at no point before the massage I got asked whether I have existing injuries. I came in with no pain, and left with mild comfort in my neck and lower back.
Funny enough, I got asked to list my injuries after I told them I'm looking for a receipt to submit to my insurance.
The massage rooms are also not properly sealed. The whole time I could hear other clients talking/negotiating with front desk on how to pay. Half way through the session, I could smell the chicken noodle soup the reception lady was having for lunch wafting into the massage room :(
Massage itself was very sub-standard too. First half was dry-rubbing with absolutely no oil, and the second half was with oil but also with disposable medical gloves that felt super uncomfortable on my skin.
If you are looking to relax and want an injury cautious massage, this is not the place.
Oh also to add insult to injury, the front desk lady asked for a tip at the end of the session. Please don't do that. If people feel comfortable tipping, they will without prompting. It just makes customers uncomfortable when they are asked.

β β β β β I love coming here and am a proud regular. Phenomenal reflexology with Cici and another staff member whose name I canβt recall. The massage is great too, although be very clear if you prefer a lighter pressure massage, like I do.
Itβs not a typical spa experience, but service is excellent, booking is easy, and the price is great.
