★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped at the forest Foodland for decades. It's very sad that they have removed all the food that is conducive for people who are diabetics. Diabetics make up 10% of the population. I see it that you've turned your back on this 10% including me and therefore I now shop somewhere else. Continue to do so at your own expense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best spinach salad, with berries, almonds & balsamic dressing & h/g wings, for lunch today. ? If I'm in the area I'll definitely stop in for some more cold/hot & ready food. Delish!!!
