★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I called to see if my prescription was ready and the man who answered the phone who I've had a previous issue with him said to me the doctor did not respond to the fax that was sent out after I had been asking them to do for several times. They finally started doing this after some unfounded nasty response from him. I simply asked him if the doctor did not respond and the medication was not going to be ready, to have him call me so I could call the doctor and make sure it was ready on time. This has happened now 3 or 4 times and I've always tried to ignore this. Now because it's a long weekend, I'm without my medication I'm now stuck and not able to do anything about this. This error could have been easily fixed by simply giving me a call and letting me know that he did not get a reply from the prescribing doctor and I would have called him during their open hours and had it rectified immediately. I did not in any way nasty with him and he simply didn't want take a professional opinion and simply hung up on me. That's not polite and courteous service that one would have expected. He simply does not like to take ownership of a mistake and cannot advise on how to fix a simple problem and keep your customer and happy too. This is now the third time and I'll be going else ware.
