★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They carry same or similar stuff with Metro at a lower price point. They don't offer local and fresh bakery and deli and more premium stuff you can find at Metro. However if you are looking for core groceries they are awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife shops here very often for produce and all other types of foods. The prices are lower than the other bigger grocery stores. The store is very clean and the cashiers are very friendly.

Today, Monday May 9, 2020, around 8:45 pm, the cash supervisor in charge, I presume, decided to stop the only cashier at work 15 minutes before closing time 9pm!
He deliberately ignored customers in line
And even shouted at customers to leave the line and obliged them to go to the self check out !!!!
And instead of opening himself another cash and help,
He was checking the drawer of the other cashregister!!!
He was extremely rude and insulting with customers !!!
Many left their shopping carts and went out of the store !!!
On the other hand a kind lady working there apologized when I told her what happened, I would like to thank her again for that.

It's easy to save a lot with canned fish, a meal or two a week of vegetables with sadines, tuna or herring is super nutritious and inexpensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Groceries are definitely cheaper here. I buy fruits and vegetables at this store.Also buy all the specials.. You do have to bag your own things. So bring your own bags or you can buy some plastic ones.
Cashiers have always been pleasant to me. Overall, I keep going back.
