★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is great , the website for this food basics on Pine St , has the closing hours all messed up .
Ended up going to the east end location last Sunday evening as the hours listed had it closed .
Very inconvenient for me as I live close by .
Please have the website hours updated to show your correct hours .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience while entering the store when one of the staffs started shorting at me fanatically without me even entering the store and asked me to stay where i am like I am some sort of a slave. I went up to the store manager but he was also indifferent. One of the worst places when it comes to customer centricity, better head to walmart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of price changes. Whoa. I think they were stocking shelves and moving stuff in the store, but wow, the shelves for somethings were bare or scant. Pleasant staff though!! That is always a win in my books!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prefer this store bcz the prices are not only affordable but also get the Indian spices and pulses. I visit at least once a week to get regular dairy products. I only see issue with the staff in the store, I feel they are not customer focused. Whenever I ask them for assistance they always lack in providing the sufficient information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the store has drastically went down hill since the new manager has started there. The store might look nice but the employees look unhappy. And I get people wearing perfume but wow someone in there is bathing in it.Has to be the same person since I am overwhelmed by the same scent everytime I shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an item that has expired more than a year ago. I called the attention of a staff which he acknowledged. But when you come back the next week, the expired items are still where you found them, that surely speaks for everything.
Management issue not the staff though.
