★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with Foam Concept 2000 for more than 2 years now and I will say that they have great customer service and of course a wide range of foam products and solutions offerings.
Coming to their warehouse and office to pickup orders makes you feel a real valued customer. Being in a transport business I promise you I know what is great service.

He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He made me feel comfortable every step of the way, he is truly great at what he does and the service he provides to his customers is exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in need of some 2in HD foam on a really short notice, and with this current lockdown I was having a hard time finding it, especially on short notice. I was referred to them by a friend who used them. I spoke with Nelson and told him what I needed and he was able to fill my order extremely fast and helped me out of jam. I can honestly say that their customer service is second to none and just awesome service all around. Fantastic product and amazing customer service. Definitely my go to company from now on.

From my initial call to discuss my project to interactions mainly with the General Manager, Nelson, it was a smooth process the whole way through. Quick turnaround times and excellent customer service every time I called them. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Extremely reliable and I highly recommend them!
