I had booked the LIMO BUS that advertised it could seat up to 22-25 people..we were 18 people and squished on top of each other!! Elbow to Elbow knee to knee!! It was a 2.5hr. drive that was brutal!! Plus the bus has no shocks so you feel every bump and pot hole on the road! They mislead me and I feel ripped off! They won't give me any money back even after I told them that two guys stood the entire trip and one even rode up front with the driver!

Edit: It wasn't a favour asked by anyone. I was a groomsman at a wedding and experienced this first hand. The limo was dirty, the driver was unprofessional, the bride and groom were late for the reception because of this. As a side note, the way you are responding to reviews here speaks for itself and how unprofessional your company is. Instead of threatening your customers try to be genuinely sorry for what happened and make amends.

Worst experience ever. And sad part was not even refunded all my money. I had gotten the fire truck and my husband a limo. The fire truck was a sauna to the point my nephews almost fainted and the hair I paid so much for ruined by the time we got to the hall. The limo had windows that could not open and no AC at all. I’m sorry but when someone pays for a service they are expecting the proper service. Be careful when booking because when a problem does arise they ignore you instead of fix th problem

Nightmare - Scare for my wedding! My FiancΓ© booked with them, i was away during that time. We booked a stretch limo and he sent me videos and pictures of it. When i arrived a few months later we made an appointment with them so i could see in person.... they told us they didn't have that vehicle! And they said we could not have booked it because they didn't have it! I showed them pictures and video of my fianace at their location inside and by the vehicle .... then they said " oh its been crashed and we won't have another in time for your wedding" The options they gave us was a rusted old hummer and another in awful conditions. We said NO and we want our money back! The guy said ok and he will get back to us. Which when he did he said only a portion of the total would be ! And we had paid in full by that time! We quickly scrambled to get another company for our wedding and we did! Thank goodness! And they said via email .. "you can't do anything until after your wedding anyhow!" So we took the hit until after the wedding. STAY AWAY !!! I Need to get this out there to every bride and every groom!!! They will give you an amazing price but your don't wanna risk your wedding! You don't wanna deal with these people! They work out of a run down hotel room ! Nobody deserves to have this done to them during their wedding! Follow your gut!

Absolutely despicable how they treated me on my wedding day, reception day and afterward! limo broke down, wheel flew off on the highway while we were on it, had to sit at an OPP station literally right after my wedding. The bus driver told me a sob story about her husband being very ill, again on my wedding day, and how she didn't want to get in trouble by the limo company because she needs the money. They send us a GMC truck to take us to our destination - so no more limo bus that we paid for. Day 2 - driver threatened to not drive us until she got money in full - my poor stressed out parents just paid because they didn't want to stress me on my wedding reception day (but truly I wish they had just told me in the moment.. I would have much rather taken an uber). The bus has NO a/c... my mom started to feel ill in the intense heat on the bus in her heavy cultural attire. We were drenched in sweat when we arrived to our venue. Called the owner next day - he stated "listen, if I put my foot down here - there's nothing you can do about any of this". & this story is simply the nutshelled version!!! I can't believe how unprofessional and simply inhumane this company is. This was my freaking wedding wedding. So much stress, and honest suffering they put us through with everything overall. Still ongoing with them, as I cannot let this slide, I need to do something - i didn't even get the bare services I paid for, let alone all the other issues. I am really hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. I would post picture of the bus with the missing tire, etc but unsure if I need to keep it confidential while trying to deal with this very, what seems to be selfish, human. Where is the love and the common understanding with this company?

It is not best, but worst limo. I gave them my good friend's wedding to do with hummer stretch. They demanded more money just a day before the wedding and I had to pay 200 from my own pocket. They also ruined the wedding by sending a crappy driver and unfurnished limo. Nothing inside for a wedding. They also refused the night return, which they had agreed and charged for it. Bride and groom took a taxi back home crying. Very bad experience. I was very embarrassed. Worst business conduct. Worst limo

Booked a limo bus for my wedding in July 2018. The bus had no air conditioning on a 30+ degree day. The washroom was dirty. One of the bridesmaids tried to go to the washroom and the driver warned her not to go as it had not been cleaned! The Company has acknowleged the issue, but has not done anything. I gave them a chance to make things right and refund me a portion of the cost as the service was not up to the standard I paid for. They agreed to a refund but they continue to ignore me, and to date I have not received any refund. I hope you don’t make the same mistake we did!

This limo company is the definition of unprofessional. Their limo broke down 2 times during my wedding, leaving us stranded on the street, having to call an Uber to our own reception. I filed a complaint with the BBB and best limo would not refund anything but our Uber fare, saying they were going to send us a replacement limo. It should not have broken down in the first place and we missed half of our photoshoot. Driver was running around downtown in his socks asking people to jump start the limo. It was dirty and one of the worst experiences. FYI was told by management to not write a review or they would contact their legal reps. Please feel free to do so, pictures attached -After seeing the response from the owner, I have to clarify that the company said the following during our BBB complaint "We don't feel that we should reimburse anything., however we will reimburse the taxi money the client spent. This is the most we would do. Any more bad publicity will be dealt with by our lawyers by legal means." if you feel that is satisfaction guaranteed then please hire this company. Yelp reviews will also show the same pattern of behavior.
