Recently done a thorough job for an inspection of my rental property. Do not make a mistake of trusting them as they will do everything to avoid giving back the damage deposit to you at all cost and never share your plans with them, as they will simply block you when the time of returning the damage deposit will be due. Record everything they say, email, or text you. They are absolutely untrustworthy. And they won't hesitate to use any dirty trick they can just to take away your money or simply use you to solve any problems that might appear. Be careful with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rating of this company here on Google Maps might be artificially boosted, as they offered us $25 Amazon Gift Card for a 5 star review here and don't be surprised if at the time of paying back your damage deposit this guys will add you email address to spam and block your phone number. Never trust them and tell your friends no to do that also, as you might end up facing all kinds of disappointment while staying at their apartment just as my family and I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working as a subcontractor with Flying Stone Canada for a couple years now. I see how much work they put in to making there units clean, modern and beautiful. All the units I have seen have been renovated with new flooring,paint and appliances and they had a new condo feel to them. I have also seen them after the tenants leave. They have stressed the importance that I clean the units to a high standard as close to new as possible. They are really easy to work with and have treated me very well I have never had any bad experiences with the company not even when I have to give them bad news about a tenant leaving the unit in a mess. If I was ever going to rent again I would definitely consider one of there properties but they are really good to work with I recommend them.

A good landlord is so important and I cannot say enough about the philosophy of management and the care we have received from this team. I HIGHLY recommend living in a Flying Stone property and we only moved on because we moved out of province.
Everything Tom and team does is automated and efficient making each step of the move-in, move-out, maintenance and any issues so very easy. Excellent start to finish! We sincerely thank you for taking such good care of us and our family over the last 6 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I have lived in the same rental through this company for coming up on 6 years, they have only raised the rent once (minimally) and if we have an issue they are quick to correct it! We recently needed a new washer/dryer, and Jordan was amazing in helping, she kept calling the contractor when they wouldn't contact us for around 2 weeks. I locked my keys in the other day and even tho it was Sunday, Tom met me in 15 minutes to help! The whole team is so friendly, accommodating, and understanding.
