Being a talented musician himself, Jake spent years releasing music and playing live shows all while honing his skills and learning the in's and out's of the music industry. When I first came to Jake's studio I was a 19 year old with a lot of passion but not that much know-how, especially not being from Montreal. He saw potential in me and tried to point me in the right direction to help my ambitions at a music career. After just a few years of working with Jake while being a student, he helped me learn about the workings of social media, methods to have a better tone of voice, and of course provided me with the best quality songs that I could ever imagine being my own. I'm now signed with a label, finishing up an album made entirely at Jake's studio, and have a way better understanding of my next moves and chapters than I would have had without Jake's expertise and guidance. Coming to work at this studio is the greatest decision a beginning musician can make, and even for experienced musicians you'll be surprised at home much you may learn.

When I say that I wouldn't work with anyone else, I truly mean it! Even if I was signed to a major label my number one priority would be to tag Jake along because that is how important he is when it comes to my music career. I first met Jake over a year and half ago, nervous and not sure what I was doing. The next thing you know my music evolved, made two music videos and now I am hitting the radios and I have a lot of it to thank Jake. When you are in the studio it's only you and Jake, and the by far the two things I respect the most is that he will let you know if he likes something and he will also give you pointers on how to do certain things. Jake is more than an engineer, he doesn't just sit there and want to collect money like other engineers, but Jake devotes himself to your music and does the best he can to make it sound the best it can.
