★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why some one would rate this place with only 1 star and not write about it. Yeah it is kind of weird how you enter the building, because the door is at the back. The staff is usually VERY busy, but they know their stuff very well. Haven't been disappointed yet, always had the right things in stock for a great price. In, out, smile. Wouldn't mind a better counter and less stressed staff though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the pricing - Fluidseal choses to inflate their seals 9 times their value - made the mistake of paying $23.73 for one seal - found it the next day at Edmonton Kubota for $2.69 - talk about highway robbery! When I spoke to the manager, I was told "It is what it is" and suggesting I shop around before making the purchase - I will before spending any more money there - as they have a 20% restocking charge - still cheaper to return and get my money back, they still end up with my 20%. Very unfortunate they don't want to at least be competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a driveline remanufacturing company, and was looking for a seal for a old 1951 Fargo transmission. After being asked to put a mask on (this was on Feb 18 and the mask mandate was up on March 1st) I politely refused. After being told to wait outside in -10C weather I decided to ask for a manger. After waiting close to 10 minutes a manager finally came down, I explained the situation and that I am not a animal or second rate citizen to be casted outside to wait in the freezing cold the manager to my surprise did not care. I told him my company will not ever return to give them business if you refuse me this time, he said he was fine with that. Best part I was in there two months prior with no mask and had no problems. Looks like I’ll have to break out the old micrometer and start ordering seals online. I hate it but here’s another win for online shopping.
