★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fluent is a terrible company. They lie and manipulate customers into longer contracts than they originally wanted.
Carmello is a terrible sales rep as he coaches you threw the questionnaire at the end of the set up and encourages/manipulates you into not reading the contract in full.
Mickell (WDG52949) is a brutal person to have as a customer service rep. She says that as a human being noone can tell me what to say or think when I explained how I was manipulated into terms I did not wish for. She has sassy additude and unprofessional tone/commente!
I will do my best to spread the word, avoid fluent! They do not wish to be supportive to our Edmonton based small businesses!
