Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i went there just now too disappointed how they deal with their customers.. the lady was so rude and not even want to listen. i placed an order last Valentines day for several people including my sister which is for her Birthday as well.. and surprisingly the flowers arrived late like 6:10pm and i have to pick it up from her work place and deliver it to her. the lady who works there said they even need to unhook their phone cable because they run out of flowers thats not my problem. i told her i tried calling them many times thats her reply. And told me that their driver got back up.. not impressed at all and for sure not recommending this flower shop.. and they need good customer service.
