All staff are pleasant, Polite and Informative.
They have a variety in everything I was looking for. Deck Railing. Lighting. Flooring and Tile.

The sales associate was super polite and helpful with us picking a flooring to suit our style and needs. Esp. during COVID, they were still timely and provided video consults. The free estimate was also timely, accurate and fair. One of the best price for laminate + install + moving furniture service I found in GTA. I'm in a condo, and there were so many rules/difficulties with booking the elevator, securing parking, storing my furniture, time of day for work, etc - but the floor installer at FlooReno dealt with it all wonderfully and did a fantastic job with the condo. Professional and kind service. Will contract again. Flooring in pic: vinyl. Colour is Avalanche - Boardwalk Series. Thanks!

They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From Colleen, helped me pick out our floors in their store to setting us up with one of the best contractors we’ve had the pleasure to deal with (Rami, Huseein and Mo). The installers showed up on schedule and finished the 2 sets of stairs within the promised 2-day timeframe. The work is impeccable! The staff was reliable and courteous! Excellent value!
