I had Floform in to do some work in my commercial kitchen and because of the work of the plumber, a complete re-do of the entire countertop was required. Unfortunately, the plumber, while initially seeming interested in rectifying the issue, ended up claiming total non-responsibility. Floform stepped up and in and took care of everything, including the plumbing correction, and re-installation of new countertops. Top notch and stood by their word and more - I will use Floform again, and recommend them. I would not and will not recommend Douglas Plumbing and Heating.

I would never recommend Floform to anyone. I was given an installation date and our plumber come out the day before to disconnect our very old sink. Hours before the installation and with our water off, they called to tell me there wasn't enough countertop ordered. However, if i changed my mind on the edging I wanted and would accept a seam in the countertop they could do 1/4 of the project. I was unsatisfied with that offer and worst part was the unprofessional demeanour of the person I spoke with. The supervisor I spoke to, Kevin, was rude and belittling. It was as though it was my fault that they were more than 12 feet short on countertop. We went without water in our kitchen for 7 days until the countertops were installed. I was told we would be offered a 12.5% discount due to the inconvenience. This discount was not offered as good customer service. I had to speak to several people and tell them my displeasure. No one seemed to care. The installation went smoothly a week later. However, a couple weeks after that my credit card was charged the full amount with no applied discount. When I asked about this I was told the person who offered me the discount was no longer with the company. Countless phone calls, unanswered emails, and promises to call me back I finally received a refund about a month later. Save your time and sanity and go with a different company.

I had a beautiful island countertop installed just under a year ago. There was an issue with the installation and it caused the countertop to crack from both ends of the gas cooktop. Floform came out to assess the issue and ordered a new countertop. It took a while to come in, but the new piece was delivered and installed. Unfortunately there were damages to three ends of the countertop. They came out and fixed two ends but I was not satisfied with how the fix was completed and another end was not fixed. I contacted floform and they were really awesome about it. They got a new piece completed in record time and had it installed immediately. For all the hiccups, time off, and issues I have to give them credit for standing by making the situation right. Our island countertop is gorgeous and I would recommend the company.

The quartz counters we purchased from and had installed by FloForm were beautiful. After that, we advised Flo Form that we had not received the last piece of the order from the countertop quartz company. After some time, we did receive it. We were so very appreciative that FloForm followed up with us and resolved the issue. Thank you, FloForm!

The quote we were given was the most expensive of 4 cupboard companies coming in and quoting... not by a little but by almost 1000 dollars to the next one

We bought a Daytona home and Floform installed the countertops. Four year later, all the countertops were lifting and eventually came off. Either they didn’t use enough glue, or they used old glue. When I complained to them, they sent someone to check. He confirmed that they were all lifting. When I followed up with them, they didn’t take any responsibility and said it wasn’t their fault. I’ve owned houses with 20 year old countertops that never lifted. This isn’t normal. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I have never regretted something in my life as much as I regret using Floform. Everything started off fine - we went to the showroom, explained our project and picked our colours for contrasting counters. An invoice was sent shortly after with instructions that if we paid 50% immediately, it would hold our slabs in stock so that when our cabinets were finished being installed, our slabs could be cut immediately. After templating was done, we waited and waited and received no word about when our countertops would be in and installed. Finally after 2 weeks I phoned and was told that one of our slabs wasn't in stock and had to be shipped to the fabrication location IN SEATTLE. We were getting ready to list our house when we finally received a call that confirmed an installation date. On that date, the installers didn't handle the counter correctly and the main piece smashed in our driveway. We were told that another slab would be rushed. We received no apology from the company for this delay, nor any follow-up to explain how long it would take, etc. After waiting a week, I phoned and was told it would likely be another couple of weeks. No contrition, no apology. Also clearly there was absolutely no rush put on the job. Our countertops arrived after we had already moved out of our house and at that point we still had to do the plumbing and backsplash before we could list. We never received any apology and any time I tried to talk to the manager, Jason, he either hung up on me or was clipped and brief as if I was annoying him. All I wanted was for someone to communicate with me. An apology would have been nice. Two months after the install I received the invoice with instructions for payment. No note, no discount, just "Here's your bill. Pay us now." I have no idea how the counters are holding up. We never got a chance to use them as we had already moved out. This whole experience caused me so much anxiety I now have nightmares about buying countertops from them.

I started using FloForm approximately 20 years ago, they are now my "go to place" for countertops. They are professional, on time with scheduled appointments, provide you with great selection and are reasonably priced.
