J	Jessica Grad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons reçu un bon service avec la commis lorsque nous nous sommes présentés en boutique pour choisir les fleurs pour le service funéraire de ma grand-mère. Cependant, ce que nous avions commandé vs ce que nous nous avons livré n’était pas du tout la même chose. Du salon funéraire, nous avons communiqué avec la succursale pour exprimer les erreurs. Nous avions pourtant les photos exactes prises sur leur site internet d été que nous désirions. Le bouquet principal n’était pas garni comme nous l’avions demandé, et non représentatif du prix payé. Nous avions également payé pour 2 autres bouquets qui ont été livré en 1 seul (mais les 2 vases nous ont été chargé) et on m’a répondu: tu as eu pour ce que tu as payé! L’homme à qui j’ai parlé était très condescendant et irrespectueux, aucunement à l’écoute de la problématique. Il nous a tout de même livré d’autres fleurs, mais les arrangements ne concordaient pas avec ce que nous voulions. Nous ne ferons plus affaire avec ce fleuriste ! Et nous ne le recommandons pas du tout !! We received good service from the clerk when we went to the store to choose the flowers for my grandmother's funeral service. However, what we ordered vs what we delivered was not the same at all. From the funeral home, we contacted the branch to express the errors. However, we had the exact photos taken on their summer website that we wanted. The main bouquet was not garnished as requested, and not representative of the price paid. We had also paid for 2 other bouquets which were delivered as 1 (but the 2 vases were loaded to us) and I was told: you got what you paid for! The man I spoke to was very condescending and disrespectful, in no way listening to the issue. He still delivered other flowers to us, but the arrangements did not match what we wanted. We will no longer do business with this florist! And we do not recommend it at all !!

Même le lendemain de la fête des mères, j'ai trouvé exactement ce que je cherchais après être revenu bredouille de deux commerces similaires des environs. Plus que tout, la sensibilité de la demoiselle qui m'a accompagné en concevant mon bouquet m'a touché et apaisé. Merci. Large selection of wonderful products. I was delighted with the freshness of these. Even the day after Mother's Day, I found exactly what I was looking for after coming back empty-handed from two similar businesses in the area. More than anything, the sensitivity of the young lady who accompanied me by designing my bouquet touched and soothed me. Thank you.

Aussi très cher pour la qualité des arrangements floraux. Un bouquets a 70$ qui en vaut 45$-50$ Je n’y retournerai pas c’est sûr Be careful, they make you bouquets with flowers that are several days old so they fade quickly. Also very expensive for the quality of the flower arrangements. A bouquet at 70$ which is worth 45$-50$ I won't be going back there for sure
G	Gestion Plex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did they sell dying calla lillies to my husband and cut off the tip of the calla lillies so they seemed less dead, they event scotch taped one of the stems back together. I’ve never seen such a horrible bouquet put together!

V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: the vase they finally brought was so tiny the bouquet didnt fit . Would not recommend at all. Bad service/bad delivery and full of mistakes. Ordered a 75$ bouquet of flowers for mothers day to be delivered to my mom at her home from their website to cheer her up during this pandemic.The package was advertised to be a big lovely bouquet and will come with a glass vase and was to arrive on the sunday of May 10. Paid an additional 12$ for delivery and told my mother a surprise would be coming so she should stay home to expect it. After hours of waiting no flowers arrived. Despite having plans she stayed home waiting while I called the store multiple times all day but no response and a full voicemail .Sent them an email as well with no response . I called the next day and finally received an answer, they apologized for not delivering it on time saying they were 15 orders behind and that they would deliver it today and they will make the bouquet nicer to compensate. My mother waited again til late afternoon where she received the bouquet AND it came wrapped in plastic without ANY vase. I called them back and they said they forgot, didn't offer any compensation and now my mother has to wait for them to bring the vase . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK but I felt bad my mom spent so much time waiting around for nothing.

The lovely gentlemen (owner) made me the prettiest bouquet. Above all, when I went to pay he told me it was free and a gift to me. What a lovely random act of kindness. I hope to make someone as happy as he made my boyfriend and I.
