After receiving a gorgeous bouquet from a friend (in a stunning amathyst crystal vase) I noticed that the lilies in the collection had already died. I called LaDiva, sent of photo of the wounded blossoms and without a beat, Sharon said "no problem, we apologize, and we'll send you a replacement". The next day, I was expecting a few replacement lilies. Instead, they had sent a duplicate of the ENTIRE luxurious bouquet!! This is clearly above and beyond Great Customer Service! Bravo to La Diva - I can't wait to use this business again.

Ordered an arrangement online based on the rebiews...I was thrilled with their service and the recipient of the flowers sent me a photo...beautif be...just so happy to have found this florist. Especially since I do not live in Quebec. Use this florist with confidences..they will not disappoint.....so glad I found them! Thank you so much fleuriste diva!

This is my second time dealing with them, and no wonder I am back as the customer service is exceptional, they have a very good understanding what I wanted and the flower arrangements are very beautiful and well decorated. Thank you once again you are outstanding. Frank Orlando

Éternal-Roses Crown The crown we order and received at the funeral was missing a lot of things. Much more different then the online picture, and not worth the hyped. Disappointed, but life goes on!!! Out of respect for the decease we are not posting pictures.

Worst experience I have ever encountered at a flower shop. On Mother’s day, after gladly waiting 45 min in lineup outside to buy flowers, I walked in an was rudely addressed by the owner of this shop in an excessive aggressive unwelcoming tone. As I attempted to place my orders, she was constantly raising her voice at me pressuring me to be quicker with my selections & shouted at me that I was surpassing this “invisible” line on the floor. It came to a point I had to take a deep breath and tell her she was being too aggressive and extremely rude towards me. I also told her that the way she was treating me was unexceptable and that this was not the way to talk to anyone. She went on demonstrating a careless behaviour and became even more angry (BULLY like). However, I nicely asked her to calm down and to please let me pick my flowers. She then shouted telling me that the door was wide open for me to leave if I wasn’t happy. I still decided to give it another try by pretending like that wasn’t happening and decided to start picking mu flowers. She continued shouting I was surpassing the “invisible” line limit that is supposedly between the flowers fridges and where the client “should”stand. I clearly wasn’t surpassing any line, however I may have streched my head to have a better view at the flowers. She screamed at me AGAIN and pointed to the door and very rudely told me she wasn’t going to serve me and to leave her shop. ON MOTHER’S DAY!! I was in shock!!! at what had just happened and yet, I peacefully left her shop without engaging into any conflict. After reading other reviews with similar unfortunate situations, I must say that I agree with them. I also have received flowers from this flower shop in the past and I can confirm to support other reviewers that her flowers do arrive incomplete, damaged and almost dead looking. There are many other great flower shops in the Vimont area that you can go to and get an execeptional service for example at: Fleurs2 , Fleuriste Vimonty amongst other good nearby flower shops that really do welcome anyone, exceed expectations & provide an excellent & professional service! Let’s not support this type of incriminating, racist BULLY BEHAVIOUR at FLEURISTE LA DIVA, If I could give them below 0 stars I would!
