Je parle au telephone avec la réceptionniste, donne mes informations (nom, telephone, adresse de livraison, nom de ma femme, telephone de ma femme ...). Je paye le bouquet par telephone. Jusqu'à la tout est ok. 1H plus tard, ma femme m'envoie un message vocal par message texte. Le message vocal sur sa messagerie: La fleuriste qui l'appelle pour l'aviser qu'elle recevra des fleurs entre 14h-15h et qu'ils veulent confirmer qu'elle sera bien à la maison ?????? Comment gâcher l'effet de surprise !!!!! J'ai rappeler pour expliquer que c'était une surprise et la femme me répond qu'elle doit appeler pour être sure qu'ils ne devront pas livrer les fleurs 2 fois. De plus quelques minutes plus tard, sans savoir, ma femme retourne l'appel, car la fleuriste lui demande de la rappeler. Elle mentionne qu'on a laisser un message sur sa messagerie et on lui répond : Oui c'est ok bye ! et ferme la ligne! Je suis très déçu ! Selon moi, une grosse partie du plaisir d'acheter des fleurs a quelqu'un est l'effet de surprise. J'ai même mentionner au livreur que je trouvais leur méthode décevante et il m'a affirmer qu'il avait le même avis que moi! Jamais je vais retourner chez vous, même si le bouquet est beau!!!!!! I speak on the phone with the receptionist, give my information (name, phone, delivery address, name of my wife, phone of my wife ...). I pay the bouquet by phone. The voicemail message on her voicemail: The florist who calls her to advise her that she will receive flowers between 2 pm-3pm and they want to confirm that she will be home ?????? How to spoil the effect of surprise !!!!! I called back to explain that it was a surprise and the woman replied that she had to call to be sure that they would not have to deliver the flowers twice. Moreover a few minutes later, without knowing, my wife returns the call, because the florist asks her to call her back. She mentions that we left a message on her inbox and we replied: Yes, it's ok bye! and close the line! I am very disappointed ! In my opinion, a big part of the fun of buying someone's flowers is the element of surprise. I even mentioned to the delivery man that I found their method disappointing and he told me that he had the same opinion as me! I will never return home, even if the bouquet is beautiful !!!!!!

Je m'étais dit qu'il n'allait peut-être pas avoir beaucoup de choix étant donné que ça fermait dans 15 minutes et que c'était la St-Valentin, mais on a été très surpris du choix qu'il y avait, non seulement de fleurs, mais de mignonnes peluches, de ballons,... En plus, on a tellement été bien accueilli par toute la belle équipe et le service était excellent. Mon fils était très heureux aussi, il a choisi une jolie rose éternelle. Un gros merci, c'était une joie de visiter votre boutique de fleurs. Je recommande fortement. ??❤️ I just spent with my son who wanted to buy flowers for his girlfriend for Valentine's Day.
