★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed to be honest with you. They did a beautiful bouquet, although before stepping out for 3minutes we had spoken of a Litle over 40$ arrangement. I get back to a 94$ bill. Then ignores my questions and starts talking about how my wife will like them. DO NOT GO HERE. Buy flowers somewhere else.
Yes I should have refused but my wife is worth much much more. This business prays on that. RIPOFF.
After was contacted by from what I’m guessing is the husband for him to attempt to do the same tactic.
They make it nice AFTER being told budget of a Litle over 40$ make it worth 94$. Oh but no we can make it that price again. But then it will look horrible in comparison.
Pathetic and low appalling sales tactics. I’m in utter disgust. Pathetic unprofessional business. DO NOT USE THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large variety of plants and cut flowers, quiet nice music; but...can’t give compliments to the customer service; she’s knowledgeable and somewhat reasonable, only that she’s always unhappy and tries to make you feel that you owe her something. This time she spent 10 mins explaining to me that they didn’t need people like me to buy anything, after I told her that I might come back after dinner ??♀️ okay fine, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had such a bad experience. I have called and they never answer the phone. I have emailed them with no reply they took my money and never sent the flowers. Worst flower shop ever. Don’t spend you money with them. They are thief’s and will only steal from you

At first, Marie was helpful, wrote everything down. The day of the wedding, she only gave us the bride bouquet, and didn't make bridesmaid flowers although we paid for it all. As a result, my wedding was 1.5 hours behind. She was so RUDE about it and doubled the price on vase rental. Do yourself a favor and find yourself another place. (the flowers did come out beautiful though, just 1.5 hrs late and after a lot of stress and drama).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place, very rude seller, the most rude seller I have ever seen in Canada ???. I wanted to buy a white rose of some kind but they didnt had what I wanted. So I was about to leave there, and the lady said to me "we are so busy, dont come here again and dont bother next time"????. Honestly I didnt said anything bad and I stayed there like less than one minute and i just asked 2questions. I was just leaving when I saw they dont have what I want. But her attitude was very disgusting. Secondly, their flowers are poor quality. Anyhow try somewhere else if you want to see respect and buy nice flowers for ur love...., this place is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered on Mother's Day and by 3pm they still hadn't arrived. I called to complain and they said they would leave right away to deliver them but by 4:30 still no flowers. I called to cancel the order and get a refund and the girl kept yelling at me, wouldn't even let me finish a sentence, and eventually hung up on me. I tried to call back several times but she blocked my phone calls. My mom never even got the flowers.
Update: Finally managed to get a refund for the $80 but those sneaky a** holes had charged me twice to begin with. So technically it's like the refund never happened.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ! Ordered online to be delivered for my moms birthday. Specified she’s at work to go from 8:00 to 5:00. I called at 3:30 4x no answer voice mail full. She called me at 4:20. Saying she’s on her way and will be there around 5:00 and hangs up on me! I called back she hangs up again. My mom never received her flowers. I can’t believe this woman is still in business, I should have read the reviews prior.
