I’m a small business owner and have been using Flashbox for my companies GTA deliveries. When I first stumbled upon them I thought they sounded too good to be true. I thought I’d give them a shot and have been using them consistently since then. They have pulled through, every time without fail. As if same day delivery wasn’t good enough… let me tell you about some of the other perks:
(I know this totally sounds like a fake ad but I’m seriously ENTHUSIASTICALLY in love with this company and if you think this is an over exaggerated review just use them for yourself to see!!)
-They will come to you to pick up your packages so you don’t even have to go anywhere to drop them off.
-You can continuously add onto scheduled deliveries up until the day of pick up
-Their customer service team is available on their chat platform and get back to you right away
-They post photos of the delivery when it’s made and you can monitor all of this on your account
-Their tracking technology will text your clients about delivery updates, when they are close and when it has arrived.
-it’s SO CHEAP

As a customer of flashbox, I am extremely dissatisfied with their services. After finding out my package was delivered to an incorrect address (which was an error on their system) and making two later attempts to get my package delivered. I am 2 months in to waiting for my order. Out of answers and without my package. Flashbox is unreliable and unsupportive. Would never recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very surprised when I signed up for FlashBox that the fees were less than what I am used to, and the promises were much greater. I was pleasantly surprised when they lived up to their promises and easily delivered my products.
Would definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the shipping speed is fast, I certainly cannot recommend this company at the moment. The delivery person left my parcel in my condo lobby where anyone could of grabbed it. There's a concierge desk 2 meter left of the parcel where he could of left it with. Good thing I checked the tracking that day and called my front desk to help me safe keep the parcel since I am out of town. Needs serious training for their delivery personnels.
