!!!Stay far away from this company!!! You will most definitely regret joining if you do. They owe me a considerable amount of money. Very low and desperate if a company does not pay what was agreed. I drove for different companies. However, Flash Freight is by far THE WORST company anyone can drive for. Whatever cents per mile they offer you, will absolutely not be the true amount. Drivers have left due to BIG payment issues. As soon as you start working there, they will let you know that you have to earn it first and their offer is not from the start. It is a revolving door due to negligence and dishonesty. A very unprofessional and desperate company that does not take any kind of responsibility for their drivers. Financial issues explains their pay discrepancies with their drivers. Pay agreements are absolutely not being honoured. I found out that they write their own reviews to make themselves look good. What a joke! If you do not pay your drivers for what was agreed, they will leave. Old equipment falling apart and very dirty inside. According to older drivers, new trucks have been promised for years. Due to the lack of money, they can not afford new trucks. All repairs are done on the drivers time. Mechanically their trucks are in pretty bad shape. Airco and heater barely work. They do not want to spend the money to fix anything. All their promises are down the drain as soon as you start. They are screwing their drivers by not paying for the miles they drove. Trailers are hand off loaded and will take at least five hours without pay. Flash Freight is in the middle of nowhere. No convenience at all. So glad I left during probation. Probation works both ways. They can let go of you on the spot. However, you can also leave on the spot if you do not like the company. I gave them over 24 hrs notice while being on a 36 hrs over the road reset for which it was agreed upon that I would get paid. No payment received! This is only one of the multiple payments that was agreed upon and did not receive. All communication is being ignored. !!!BE AWARE and STAY AWAY!!!

My trailer was sealed and receiver took the picture but she written on pod that trailer wasn’t sealed. It’s ridiculous
